Looking Forward
I am standing in today and will not at this moment concern myself with what has occurred in the past couple of days. I am glad that I have had an endurance test (Lupus Flare) of faith and have survive. I am writing ,talking and moving. I have even got up and did a Dance.
Keep moving my friends. Share your love. You are a gift open it to the world.

Good for you! I also have lupus. Was diagnosed in 1988 -- makes that 20 years of living with the ups and downs of this disease.
You might be interested in my book, released in 2005 by PublishAmerica and available on Amazon.com-- Diagnosis: Lupus: The Intimate Journal of a Lupus Patient. The LFA has endorsed this book as recommended reading.
I kept a daily journal for 5 years while searching for answers to this disease and today I can say that I am in remission and intend to stay that way.
