Excercise and Disability

My fellow lupus patient:


Seeking a physician advice for any type of exercise is always good. I enjoy going to the fitness center and during my cardio and weights, the daily routine helps me with my endures and strength. The energy level is great after each workout I am able to do more and relax in the evening. Morning work outs are good for me it reliefs the stress of the day. Exercise coupled with prayer is a great stress relief.

What are your relaxation techniques?
